Students are required to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance each term to qualify for
examinations and promotions. Attendance is recorded every morning and during each class session, with unapproved
absences resulting in a full-day absence.
Students are required to arrive on time for the morning assembly. Late arrivals must
provide a valid reason or obtain prior permission for entry. Frequent tardiness, exceeding three instances in a
month, may result in formal warnings and a parent meeting.
Parents must submit a written request at least two days in advance for planned absences. In the case of unexpected absences, the school should be informed within 24 hours. For absences exceeding three days due to illness, a doctor's certificate is required for the student to return.
Students are not permitted to leave the school during school hours without prior approval
from the principal or class teacher. A parent or guardian must sign the leave register, and all emergency leave requests must
be followed by written confirmation.
Students with low attendance may be required to attend after-school detention or additional academic sessions. Continued absences may also result in restrictions on participation in extracurricular activities and eligibility for awards.
Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations. Valid reasons, such as medical issues, may be considered upon submission of proper documentation. All absences should be reported promptly to the school administration.
