Exam Rules

Exam Participation Criteria

Students must have at least 75% attendance to be eligible for exams. If attendance is lower, special approval from the principal is required. Exceptions may be granted for valid reasons, such as medical emergencies, with proper documentation.

Exam Calendar and Notifications

The examination schedule will be released two weeks prior to the exams. It will be displayed on notice boards, published on the online portal, and communicated to parents. Any changes, such as those due to unforeseen circumstances, will be promptly notified.

Exam Conduct and Regulations

Students must carry their admit card, ID, and required stationery to the examination. Borrowing items, talking, or using gestures during the exam is prohibited. The use of electronic devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches, is not allowed unless approved.

Examination Attendance Rules

Students must arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the start time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes require a valid reason for entry. Absentees must provide a legitimate excuse, such as a medical certificate; otherwise, the exam will not be rescheduled.

Guidelines for Answer Sheet Submission

Students must accurately fill in their name, roll number, and all required details on the answer sheet. Upon completion of the exam, answer sheets must be submitted directly to the invigilator. Leaving the examination hall early or without prior approval is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct for Academic Integrity

Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or use of unfair means during assessments will result in strict consequences. Students found violating academic integrity will receive a zero and may face suspension or expulsion. Assisting others in dishonest practices will also lead to severe disciplinary action.

Rechecking and Reattempt Guidelines

Retests are permitted only for valid reasons, such as medical emergencies or officially approved activities. The school administration holds the sole discretion to grant a retest. If approved, the retest must be completed within seven days of the original examination date.

Declaration of Examination Results

Examination results will be released within two weeks after the conclusion of the exams. Parents will be informed about result collection or report card distribution events. Additionally, marks and grades will be accessible through the online portal.
